Patric Bölstler has been Director of Communications and Marketing Activation and Operations since 2021. He is responsible for the global marketing and communication landscape, including the company’s activities in social media. In addition, he controls the global agency steering and builds the Mercedes marketing tech platform of the future.
He joined the company in 2008 and worked across various positions, including retail process management, process implementation, customer data management and analysis as well as customer experience management and activation. With close to 15 years of experience at Daimler AG and Mercedes-Benz AG, he is an expert for digital platforms, the customer journey and digital marketing.
Patric Bölstler holds a diploma in business informatics from Reutlingen university.
